Freshly made waffles while sitting beachfront under palm trees anyone? This local spot has AMAZING different waffles to choose from. From savory to sweet there are flavors for all taste buds. Cinnabon, Apple Pie, and the famous Waffle Monkey Waffle with bananas, coconut, and honey are just a few to choose from. Grab a yummy latte or a milkshake on the side! Open 7 days a week from 7am-3pm.
2. Noi Bistro
This place is a people watching paradise. Set up along one of the main streets, you can enjoy a delicious coffee and a variety of different breakfast options while watching the foot traffic of Tamarindo. They have delicious pancakes, different sandwiches, and my favorite…the avosmash.
3. El Chiringuito
Beachfront restaurant serving up coffee and breakfast until 11am. The breakfast burrito is a must try and their gallo pinto is fantastic. The portions are filling and you CANNOT beat the view. (Also the best spot for sunset…win win at this spot!).
