******Below is an open letter to our Semana Santa visitors from San Jose.
Dear San Jose visitors,
First off, I want to say welcome to Tamarindo. I hope you enjoy the beautiful beach here.
While we are more than happy that you decided to make the drive down here, we want to remind you that our livelihoods depend on this beach, and that the earth as a whole depends on protecting the ocean.
You may have left empty bottles on the beach in the past, or thrown your trash on the sidewalk, but we kindly remind you to pick up after yourself.
Don’t make us call your mother and tell her how big of a slob you were on vacation! 😉
